Healing Artists
KATY GRANT
Katy began her path into the healing arts in California, where she studied massage therapy. She then earned her Master's in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2009. After six years of practice in Malibu, she moved home to Charleston in 2015, where she would eventually complete her 200 hour YTT at Barefoot Yoga Studio. Katy is an avid surfer and painter and is passionate about sharing the gift of holistic healing with the Charleston community.
Kassidy Adams
Kassidy Adams is a licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor from New Hampshire. Her passion for movement and holistic wellness started in 2012 after she was introduced to yoga. Yoga started her journey into self discovery, mindfulness practices, and ultimately led to her calling to share this form of medicine with others. She is deeply grateful for the ability to work with her clients along their healing journey.
Valerie Moser
Valerie graduated from Southeastern Institute’s 900 hr. Licensed Professional Massage Therapy program in 2019. Her modalities include Swedish, Myofascial, Nueromuscular therapy, Sports, Lymphatic, Prenatal, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stones, and Reflexology. Helping other people on their healing and self-care journey is her passion. This passion was fueled by her own healing experiences with massage and physical therapy after a whiplash injury.
Valerie enjoys spending time with her family and children, biking, yoga, being in nature, reading, and painting.
Jessica Morris
Jessica is a massage therapist and energy worker who focuses on the unique and individual needs of clients both in their physical and energetic bodies.She has been practicing Reiki since 2017, and blend this into the client sessiona along with her specialties of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage. Jessica also has a background in Ayurvedic Medicineand Herbalism. Jess has a passion for connecting deeply with others and truly listening to what the body and spirit are asking for. She has been in and out of Charleston since 2015, traveling and living in places Like India and Utah, gaining knowledge and awareness in connecting with society and herself.
Adley Beairsto
Adley is a bodyworker, yoga and meditation teacher from Maryland. She is a multi-passionate healer that connects with each client's individual needs in order to restore ease in the body. She works with intention to open the body using lymphatic and myofascial techniques and then, as the body allows, works deep into the muscles. She specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release as well as pre and post natal massage.
Noel Poff
Noel started his career in health and wellness as a teenager working at the Beaufort YMCA and assisting classes at a martial arts studio until he became a certified personal trainer in 2005. He then moved onto becoming a licensed massage therapist in 2007 followed by earning a Bacherlors in Philosophy from the University of South Carolina. He moved to Charleston in 2010 where he gained experience working both as a trainer and massage therapist until becoming a Certified Yoga Teacher in 2012 and then a Certified Rolfer in 2016. Since then he’s been working diligently in bodywork and movement seeking out holistic remedies for chronic aches and pains. He continues his education and is currently working towards a certification in Somatic Experiencing and is an continuing education instructor to other bodywork professionals.
